We are Leisan and Vincent. In the 20th arrondissement, we look after your animals in the home they already know, and we sleep there every night of the sit. No boarding, no kennel, no stranger dropping in twice a day: your cat keeps their windowsill, your dog keeps their walk, and your home stays lived in.
What the 20th arrondissement changes
Belleville, Saint-Fargeau, Père-Lachaise and Charonne, plus Ménilmontant and Gambetta: the area is not interchangeable with the rest of the city, and neither is a sit here.
Sloping streets, former workers' estates, workshops and small private lanes. Some passages are unlit at night, which we factor into the last walk.
Green space nearby: Parc de Belleville, the Jardin naturel Pierre-Emmanuel, Square Séverine and the Petite Ceinture in the 20th.
Cats in Paris 20th
A cat's territory is the flat itself. Moving them to a boarding facility means changing every smell, every sound and every route at once, which is exactly what most cats handle worst. Staying put removes that problem entirely.
The lanes and estates of the 20th have plenty of low adjoining roofs. For a cat that goes out, we ask about their usual range and the time they come home.
We keep the litter tray, the bowls and the sleeping spots exactly where you left them. We feed at your times, with your food, in your quantities.
Dogs in Paris 20th
Parc de Belleville gives the view and the climb. Père-Lachaise, on the other hand, is a cemetery: dogs are not allowed, apart from guide and assistance dogs.
In Paris green spaces the rule is simple and applies everywhere: 165 parks and gardens welcome dogs on a lead. Walking is allowed on the paths and forbidden on lawns and planted beds. Cemeteries stay closed to dogs, apart from guide and assistance dogs.
The official list changes: Parc Monceau, Square de la place Pasdeloup and Parc de Bercy were opened to dogs in December 2025, for example. We read the signs at the gate rather than rely on habit.
We keep your dog's own route and rhythm. If they have a habit of a long morning walk and a short evening one, we do not reverse it because it suits us better.
What we follow every day
We ask for written instructions before you leave: meals and quantities, timings, walks, litter, prescribed medication, plants, bins, post. We follow them as written. If something needs to change, we ask you first.
We usually send photos every day on WhatsApp. Some owners prefer a message every other day, others a summary each evening. Tell us what suits you.
Access, keys and the building
We collect the keys in person, during the meet-up or just before you leave. We write down the door code, the floor, how the lift works, the name on the letterbox and the caretaker's contact when there is one.
We never leave a set of keys in an unsecured box, and we never hand your home to a third party. There are two of us: Leisan and Vincent. Nobody else comes in without your agreement.
If something goes wrong
We are not vets. We observe, we tell you immediately, and we call the vet you have chosen. The decision stays yours.
Across more than fifty sits, three needed a vet visit: a dog with a hot spot, a cat who stopped using the litter tray, and a check-up after an operation that took place before the sit.
Before you leave we note your usual vet's name and address. For nights and public holidays, the Paris region has round-the-clock options such as Centre Hospitalier Vétérinaire Frégis, VetinParis and home-visit services. We check the current details at the time of the sit rather than rely on an old list.
What a sit costs
Stays of 1–7 nights are always paid, with a €50 minimum per stay. The simulator calculates the rate for your dates and animals.
